Returns & Exchange Policy
Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Waterfall can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions .
Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded via Business account credit (“Store Credit”) as determined by The Waterfall. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Returns for purchases made with a gift card or a Store Credit will be refunded as a Store Credit.
Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of a manufacturer defect or error by Waterfall. Exceptions may apply. Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.

Return Policy on Hazardous Materials
Due to safety hazards, some of our items are classified as dangerous goods and cannot be returned through the mail, even if the item has been drained of these materials. This would include (but is not limited to) items such as disposable vapes, e Liquids, Pod systems and tanks.
Order is Damaged or Missing Items
- If an order arrives damaged or incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, contact Customer Support at 1-800-500-8486 within 30 days of delivery for resolution.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Before you accept delivery of your order, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Refund method and timing
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
*Restocking fee - Please note: Any orders that need to be returned will be charged a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for processing all Eligible Return Products returned to Aloha Sun Vapor, however that no such fee will be charged for (a) Defective Product or (b) Product that was shipped to one of our customers but (i) was not listed on the customer's invoice or (ii) was incorrectly listed on the invoice.
We are not responsible for manufacturer specifications, changes, production delays, or instructions issued by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer with any questions regarding the specifications or use of merchandise.
BUNDLE DISCOUNT AND FREE ITEMS
If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
If you live outside the United States, please remember to comply with all U.S. Export Administration Regulations and control laws, and know that return shipments to us need to occur within the U.S.
